"My kids really do keep using it"
We got the Olli Ella basket with a few little accessories for pretend play, it’s been a hit. My daughter is always packing it up, unpacking it, taking her dolls on little “trips,” and then somehow it becomes a shop too.

It’s not the cheapest thing, but I’m happy with it. It actually gets used all the time and doesn’t feel like one of those toys that gets forgotten after a day.

"Cute, but I’m not sure it’ll last"
I really liked how cute it looked at first, but it started wearing out sooner than I expected. Maybe I was just a little too rough with it, I’m not sure, but I don’t think it’s the most durable option.

"Cute stuff, feels Safe"
I got a little basket and toy from Olli Ella for my daughter, and they’re really cute. The materials feel nice and don’t have that weird chemical smell, which is a big deal for me. The labels were clear enough, and I didn’t notice anything sharp or odd on them. Only knocking off a star because the delivery box showed up a bit Squashed, but luckily the actual products were totally fine

"Sizing was spot on"
I ordered from olliella.com and wasn’t totally sure how the sizing would turn out, but I was pleasantly surprised. I checked the size guide before ordering, and it ended up being really accurate. Everything fit pretty much exactly how I hoped it would.

I didn’t have to deal with any returns or exchanges, which was such a relief. It’s a small thing, but when something arrives and actually fits right, it makes the whole shopping experience feel so much better

I ended up having to send the basket back because it was way bigger than I expected, which was fun to discover after ordering. To their credit, the return instructions were actually clear, and the refund showed up a few days after they received it. So, no big drama in the end. Happy overall

"Cute stuff, but not much actually available"
I was excited to shop here because a lot of the items looked really cute, but it was kind of disappointing once I started browsing. So many of the things I wanted were already sold out, and even after checking back later, they still hadn’t restocked. I expected to have more options to choose from, so it ended up being more frustrating than fun.

"Mostly right, but one dumb mix-up"
I ordered a few things from Olli Ella and, to be fair, most of it showed up exactly as expected. But one item came in the wrong color, which was annoying. Not the end of the world, but come on, that’s a silly mistake. Shipping was fine and nothing else was messed up, so I’d probably order again, just make sure to check everything right away in case they pull another clown move...

My order from Olli Ella got here on time, so that part was good. But the packaging was just kind of okay, the box was a bit squashed on one side and there wasn’t really much padding inside.

Luckily nothing was broken, which I’m glad about, but for the price I guess I expected it to be packed a little more secure. Not awful or anything, just average. Would be nice if they took a bit more care with it.

I wasn’t expecting much from the site at first, but it ended up being really nice to browse. The soft colors and simple layout make everything feel calm and easy on the eyes, without being too crowded or distracting. It actually makes looking through their stuff feel kind of relaxing

The items are definitely cute, and the quality is decent enough, but for the price? I just expected a little more. Isn’t it fair to want something to feel a bit more special when you’re paying that much? Shipping was totally fine, no issues there, but overall the value for money just didn’t really do it for me.

"Shipping was kind of slower than expected"
My order did eventually show up, but it took quite a bit longer than I was expecting. Maybe there were shipping delays or something, but the wait was frustrating.

"Cute, but not the best quality"
i mean, the basket is really cute and I liked how it looked, but it felt a little flimsy for what I paid. After a few weeks, the handle started coming loose, which was disappointing. I just expected it to hold up better.
